Six Myths of Weight Loss
- Myth 1: Once you've gained weight
from pregnancy, you'll never lose it.
Truth: It is harder to lose weight once you've gained it in pregnancy, but
with proper dieting and exercise you can regain your
pre pregnancy figure.
- Myth 2: In order to lose weight, you must exercise.
Truth: Just exercising alone
will not necessarily give you the body you
desire. To have a great figure you have to watch
what you eat. Dieting combined with exercise
will get you in shape faster but even without
exercise you can still lose weight if you eat
low calorie food.
- Myth 3: In order to lose weight, you have to give up the foods you love.
Truth: Truth is you don't
have to give up your favorite foods, you can still eat them
but in moderation.
- Myth 4: If you understand health & nutrition, you can lose weight.
Truth: It is always good to learn about health and nutrition, but
you must "apply" that knowledge in order to lose weight.
- Myth 5: You can't go on a diet when you're nursing your baby.
Truth: You must be careful when dieting and nursing your baby, and you should never use drugs or starvation diets.
However a diet based on good nutrition will
be good for you and your baby.
- Myth 6: Dieting will make you lose weight, but
when you stop you'll gain it right back.
Truth: Of course, you can't expect to go on a program, lose weight, and then start eating tons of food and expect to keep your weight down,
Our program is easy to follow, it is not a diet,
you still eat 3 times a day. You can eat your
favorite food in moderation. This program comes with
